What are your products made from?
Our fabrics are made from 95% Viscose from Bamboo and 5% spandex. Bamboo fabric is incredibly soft, breathable, and naturally moisture-wicking, making it perfect for keeping your little one comfortable. It also has antibacterial properties and is gentle on sensitive skin, offering both luxury and practicality.
Are your products safe and free from harmful chemicals?
Yes, safety is our top priority. Our products comply with all CPC regulations and are tested by a third-party lab to ensure they meet the highest standards. We’re committed to providing safe clothing—our own children wear them too!
Do you ship Internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time, but we hope to in the future. To be the first to know when we introduce international shipping, please subscribe to receive our email updates.

How do I request a return?
Need to initiate a return? No problem! Just make sure the item is in its original condition and packaging, and then follow these simple steps:
- Head over to our return portal at https://account.kaizenbaby.com.
- In the "Email" field, enter the email address associated with the order and click "Continue."
- Check your email for a message from us and copy the six-digit verification code included in that email.
- Return to our site and enter the six-digit verification code.
- Find the order you’d like to return and click on it.
- If your order includes multiple items, just select the ones you’d like to return.
- Choose a return reason and feel free to add a note for us!
- Finally, click "Submit request."
Once your return request is approved you’ll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After we get the returned item, we’ll process your refund right away!
